The Artist and Creator of AMUZ’D Art
Adam Uhlig is the creator and artist behind the AMUZ’D brand. He is a professional artist living in Richmond, VA with his wife, Lyndsay. No kiddos yet! He recently transplanted to Richmond from Savannah, Ga where he earned his B.F.A. in Illustration & Painting. Adam’s portfolio encompasses a variety of personal and professional projects that include fine art paintings and illustrations, logo designs, and fully-published children’s books. He also has experience teaching art in public and STEM schools, private tutoring sessions, and group classes, where he’s affectionately known as “Mr. U”.
Adam’s artwork is marked by stylized illustration--influenced by fantasy art, graffiti street art, video game concept art, cartooning, and anime. His favorite mediums are watercolor, digital, and pen and ink. Adam loves pulling inspiration from music (especially hip-hop), skateboarding, video games, anime, and everyday life. He draws people into his world by creating engaging images that are fun and thoughtful. Adam hopes that you find yourself AMUZ’D with his illustrations and that you, in turn, share your creativity with others!
